"Romolo's" Restaurant welcomes you to Castiglione della Pescaia. We are situated in the centre of the town beneath the ancient medieval village and we are one of the oldest restaurants in Castiglione.
The restaurant was founded by Romolo at the beginning of the 1900's and it was taken over by our management during the 90's with the aim of conserving the ancient culinary traditions of the restaurant.
You can enjoy your meal in the shade on our comfortable veranda, or facing the Corso di Castiglione, or indeed in the internal rooms that are elegantly furnished with atmospheric lighting, an ideal backdrop for sampling the delights of this ancient restaurant.
Our menu is extremely sought-after, you will find typical dishes of the Maremma, both fish based and with local game. The fish that we use for our dishes is rigorously fresh, our clients are invited to request the quality of fish that is available at the particular time in question. The wine list will be able to satisfy all of your desires, you will be able to choose from approximately 400 red wine and rosé labels, along with a vast range of sparkling wines and champagnes.
