Daniele, the owner, looks after the kitchen, seeing personally to
all the various duties, while the desserts, which are all home-made,
are seen to by Signora "Patrizia" and they can be enjoyed
with some excellent dessert wines.You may get some advice regarding
which wine to enjoy with your meal by speaking to Giovanni, our professional
sommelier and co-owner of the restaurant. The white wine list offers
an ample choice of local and national labels, while the red wines
are limited exclusively to Tuscan reds, the restaurant also boasts
a collection of "Sassicaia", "Solaia" and "Tiganello".
